By engaging For Your Love Of, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments

Once an invoice has been paid and flowers have been ordered, designs cannot
be changed or altered. This includes flower varieties, colour palettes,
sizing, or overall style. Everything we source is specific to each clients design.

2. Delivery Details

The address, date, and delivery time stated on the confirmed quote will be the details used for delivery.

We take no responsibility for incorrect details provided by client. Any amendments need to be done 24 hours prior to delivery.

3. Seasonal Availability

Due to the natural and seasonal nature of flowers, specific varieties may occasionally be unavailable. In these circumstances, an appropriate substitute of equal or greater quality and value will be selected, maintaining the integrity, style, and intention of the original design. By placing an order, you acknowledge some elements are beyond our control.

4. Design Ownership

All floral designs created by For Your Love Of are original and exclusive.

Our designs, concepts, and styling are not to be replicated or taken to another florist for reproduction.

5. Responsibility Upon Delivery

Once florals have been delivered to the confirmed location, responsibility transfers to the recipient or venue.

For Your Love Of is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, weather exposure, or handling after delivery.

6. Pricing & Service Standards

While we maintain some flexibility in pricing, we will not compromise on quality or design standards. Our pricing reflects a premium service, allowing us to source only the finest flowers and materials. If our pricing does not align with your budget, we respectfully advise seeking another florist whose services better suit your needs.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. If flowers have not yet been ordered or production has not commenced, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Once flowers have been ordered, sourced, or production has begun, no refunds can be offered. This is due to the bespoke nature of our work and the time-sensitive sourcing of premium flowers specifically for each order. In the event of a cancellation after production has commenced, For Your Love Of reserves the right to retain full payment.

8. Right to Decline Work

For Your Love Of reserves the right to decline or withdraw from any job
that does not align with our values, aesthetic, quality standards, or service offering. We may also decline work where timelines, budgets, or requests would require us to compromise the level of care, craftsmanship, or premium floral quality we are known for.
